Sr. Quality Systems Engineer

Role Purpose The Quality Systems Engineer will serve as the primary liaison to establish, maintain, and continuously improve a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness across the organization. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement by embedding customer and regulatory requirements into processes, while improving nonconformance and CAPA management to enhance overall performance and product quality. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The Quality Systems Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging lessons learned from audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role will provide training and support to employees on quality-related processes and procedures, ensuring a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
