Sr. Quality Assurance Manager (System)

• Establish and implement the project-specific Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) in line with contract requirements.
• Monitor and enforce quality compliance across Electrical, SCADA, TVS, ECS, and BMS systems during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and checklists with construction and engineering teams.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits (Client, PMC, Third-party).
• Manage material approvals, site inspections, and ensure quality records are properly documented and archived.
• Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with engineering, safety, and commissioning teams to ensure quality deliverables are met on schedule.
• Ensure suppliers and subcontractors follow approved QA procedures and conduct vendor quality audits as needed.
• Train junior QA staff and build a quality-conscious culture across the project team.
• Provide regular quality performance reports to project leadership and suggest improvement initiatives.

Academic Qualification/ Certifications : Graduate in Electrical Engineering with diploma in Quality Assurance.

Total Experience : 12 years for Graduate and above 15 years for Diploma

Relevant Experience : 06 years for Graduate and above 8 years for Diploma (QA in 66 kV or above GIS substations-based Metro/experience in Transmission Line RSS in Railways or GIS Substation OEMs may also be considered

Must Have: Understanding of MEP systems, ECS, TVS, BMS, or railway signaling /electrical systems (MEP, OHE & 66 kV or above GIS substations-based Metro Rail projects), internal audits, third-party inspections, and non-conformance management

Good to have: QMS (Quality Management System) implementation
