Sr Quality and Lean Leader APAC

Job Description Summary - Lead the Quality function across a Region, from ITO (Inquiry to Order) to OTR (Order To Remission) execution processes & their associated functions such as Tendering, Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, where relevant. - Support the Region Operations Leader to impactful actions from Root Cause Analysis and by selecting the important Quality topics for escalation. - Support the Cultural change applying Lean tools and leading key initiatives in process improvement, waste elimination, and continuous learning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement effective quality management systems, processes, and procedures that align with global standards and best practices. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration among team members. - Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management, Lean principles, and process improvement methodologies. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address these findings. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to quality management, Lean principles, and process improvement methodologies.
