Sr Property Accountant Bilingual - Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and property accounting. The ideal candidate will bring 6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in property accounting (journal entries, monthly close, GAAP books). Experience in senior housing is strongly preferred, though we are open to candidates with multi-site accounting backgrounds. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as well as performing various accounting tasks, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
