About the Role The Project Manager / Cluster Head will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of project managers to ensure successful project execution. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. About the Candidate We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager / Cluster Head who has a strong background in project management, preferably in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have: • At least 14 years of experience in project management. • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of project managers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello. • Certification in project management (PMP) is an added advantage.
