Sr Product Owner

About the Role: The Workday HCM Sr Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product capabilities across the Workday ecosystem. Whether enhancements to existing capabilities or unlocking new (e.g. Prism, Adaptive Planning), the Sr Product Owner owns executing the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for Workday HCM and associated modules. This role is essential for managing the Agile team backlog and ensuring alignment between development and customer teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Workday HCM product suite, as well as experience with Agile methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder management. Additionally, this role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, customers, and executives.
