Sr. Policy Researcher

The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights is a prestigious institution that offers cutting-edge online programs designed to educate future leaders in policy research, human rights, and related disciplines. Applications are invited for Senior Research Fellowship (for candidates enrolled in or having completed a Master's degree in a relevant field). The successful candidate will be expected to conduct high-quality research on contemporary policy issues, contribute to the development of innovative online programs, and engage with stakeholders to promote the Institute's mission. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting original research on policy issues, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. • Developing and delivering online courses and training programs for professionals and students. • Collaborating with experts from academia, government, and civil society to develop innovative solutions to complex policy challenges. • Engaging with stakeholders, including policymakers, practitioners, and the general public, to promote the Institute's mission and activities. • Contributing to the development of research papers, reports, and other publications. • Participating in academic and professional networks to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in policy research and human rights. Requirements: • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, international relations, law, sociology). • Strong research skills, including the ability to design and conduct studies, analyze data, and draw conclusions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. • Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools.
