Sr. Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), Digital Practice

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategic Artificial Intelligence initiatives, focusing on high-impact product and project management. This role will be instrumental in delivering tangible, impactful, and measurable results for internal and external stakeholders, applying deep expertise in strategic consulting, data analysis, technology, and operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of AI projects, developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other Visa initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, as well as experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models. Additionally, the selected candidate should be familiar with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI, and have experience presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
