Sr Manager Product Creation
Job description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Manage the Creation Center for India, managing a team of Product Creation professionals to deliver against the stated seasonal objectives and longer term aspirations for the India SMU development and localization (Dual/Version) Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Director of Category Management and Sourcing Partners to build short, mid, and long term strategies to achieve excellence and industry leadership at the India creation center Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners Ensure alignment between product creation goals and overall business objectives Drive innovation and creativity through process improvements, new technologies, and innovative solutions Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products Collaborate with Category Management to develop category strategies that drive growth and profitability Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the India creation center
