Sr. Manager of Credential Support (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Learner Compliancy Assistant Manager - REMOTE. The role is pivotal in providing strategic oversight and operational leadership for the New Learner Compliancy and Learner Compliancy teams. This position ensures adherence to credentialing standards while supervising the compliance specialists. The Assistant Manager will drive efficiencies, monitor compliance metrics, and manage escalations, all to ensure that learners are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of learner compliancy processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include: • Providing strategic oversight and operational leadership for the New Learner Compliancy and Learner Compliancy teams; • Ensuring adherence to credentialing standards while supervising compliance specialists; • Driving efficiencies and monitoring compliance metrics; • Managing escalations and ensuring that learners are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education or Business Administration, and at least 5 years of experience in learner compliancy or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
