Sr. Manager/Manager - Project Management

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Planning, implementing and streamlining processes for any size of ground mounted Solar PV projects to be executed by ib vogt Solar India. Coordinate with the land & permitting teams once a project has is finalized to estimated timeline to get a land and the final permits for it. Work closely with the design & engineering team to finalize the timeline for project layout, design and engineering drawings etc. and coordinate the same with the other teams to ensure that all necessary steps are taken in order to complete the project on time. Ensure that all projects are executed according to the company's policies and procedures. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are properly managed. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with each project. Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments such as HR, IT, etc. to ensure that all necessary steps are taken in order to complete the project on time.
