Sr. Manager, AI/ML Ops Support

Job Title: MLOps & AI Lead GCP & Vertex AI Experience Level : Senior / Lead (11-15 years) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and innovative MLOps & AI Lead to drive our AI/ML initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Vertex AI and associated GCP services. This role combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to design, deploy, and operationalize machine learning models at scale while ensuring best practices in governance, monitoring, and automation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing AI/ML strategies and roadmaps for GCP-based projects. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing workflows and processes. • Designing, deploying, and operationalizing machine learning models at scale using Vertex AI and associated GCP services. • Ensuring best practices in governance, monitoring, and automation for AI/ML initiatives. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GCP technologies. Requirements: • 11-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on MLOps and Vertex AI. • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Vertex AI, AutoML, and BigQuery. • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. • Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and analytics tools. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
