Sr. Lead Engineer, Digital IP Verification & Emulation

Position Overview: In this role, you will be leading the verification/emulation planning and execution for complex IP/Sub-system projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and performance standards for our IP products. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving challenging verification problems. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development and execution of verification plans for complex IP/Sub-system projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and performance standards for our IP products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Key Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in digital verification and emulation. Strong understanding of digital design languages such as Verilog/VHDL. Experience with emulation tools such as Veloce, Palladium, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
