Sr. Lead Chemical Engineer

Interested candidates, kindly mail to [email protected] Job Purpose: Lead and assure process design, pilot plant operations, and scale-up activities for gasification and syngas-to-chemicals processes, ensuring safe operation, reliable data generation, and robust process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and review process design for pilot plants and scale-up configurations for gasification and downstream chemical processes. Review and approve process engineering deliverables, including process flow diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Process Safety Information (PSI). Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation, including operating procedures, maintenance schedules, and training materials. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; 10+ years of experience in chemical engineering, process design, and operations; Strong understanding of gasification and syngas-to-chemicals processes; Experience with pilot plant operations and scale-up activities; Excellent communication and leadership skills.
