We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized, high-impact positions within the AI and software development domains, including Computer Vision / Deep Learning Researchers, AI Model Optimization Engineers (with expertise in TensorRT, OpenVINO, CUDA), and C++ / Python Developers for Real-Time Systems. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing top-tier technical talent, ensuring seamless alignment with hiring managers’ needs. This role is critical in building robust talent pipelines that fuel innovation and support our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles in AI, machine learning, and real-time systems.
  
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates in competitive markets.
  
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordination with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
  
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates on recruitment pipeline progress.
  
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and talent communities to strengthen future talent pipelines.
  
• Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within AI/ML, software development, or related tech fields.
  
• Proven track record of successfully filling specialized roles in deep learning, computer vision, or real-time systems.
  
• Strong proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and applicant tracking systems.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with technical concepts in AI model optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO, CUDA) and real-time C++/Python development is highly advantageous.
  
• Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments is preferred.
