Sr. Industrial Engineer

The Supply Chain Operations team plays a critical role in enabling the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. Job Summary As a Sr. Industrial Engineer , you will be responsible for designing an optimal supply chain network, analyzing and optimizing production processes, and developing strategies to improve material flow and inventory management. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, develop and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes. Key Responsibilities: • Design and optimize supply chain networks, including transportation modes, warehousing, and inventory management systems. • Analyze and optimize production processes, including material flow, labor productivity, and equipment utilization. • Develop strategies to improve material flow and inventory management, including forecasting, scheduling, and replenishment planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, develop and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with supply chain management software and systems, including transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, and inventory management systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
