SR - General Information Analyst - BARUERI/SP

Professional responsible for generating strategic analyses and management reports focused on HR data applied to human resources. Acting as an analytical partner, supporting decisions on topics such as engagement, turnover, performance, headcount, organizational climate, and other human capital indicators. Responsible for building and disseminating the personnel cost P&L, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with financial and strategic goals of the organization.

Development of Indicators:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different HR and Financial subsystems
• Participate in the preparation and control of the HR budget, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Calculate the return on investment of HR initiatives, such as training programs, to demonstrate the value of the department to the business

Cost Management:

• Monitor and analyze costs associated with payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, turnover, and other investments in people.
• Present insights to leadership to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
• Act as a partner with areas such as Business Partner, Remuneration, DHO, Finance, and Technology

Results-oriented:

• Work together with top management to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with financial and growth goals of the company.
