Sr Flutter Developer (Brazil-based professionals only)

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team and work on a project for one of our clients, a leading company in the electronic security and monitoring segment. The client is recognized for its robust and innovative technological solutions for central monitoring stations, CCTV, video monitoring, and technical order management. About the Project: At the heart of your work will be the development of applications that connect different user profiles to central monitoring stations, offering intelligent management, simplified access to security systems, and operational support in the field. Our goal is to deliver an efficient and integrated experience that simplifies processes and ensures a safer and connected era for clients and partners. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Flutter applications, ensuring stability and scalability;
• Implement innovative features, ensuring high-quality code;
• Integrate REST APIs and work with native features such as push notifications, background services, geolocation, and multi-media resources (camera and media);
• Work on continuous improvements of architecture and performance;
• Apply code reviews to disseminate best practices and quality within the team.

Required Skills:

• Senior experience in mobile application development, with a proven track record of projects delivered in production;
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Flutter and Dart in medium or large-scale projects;
• Proficient in using reactive state managers, preferably MobX (or equivalent alternative);
• Advanced knowledge of Clean Architecture or layered architecture, with practical implementation in projects;
• Proven experience in integrating RESTful APIs, focusing on performance and security;
• Familiarity with Firebase, including resources such as Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, and Crashlytics;
• Experience with native features, such as geolocation, push notifications, camera, and background services;
• Proven experience in publishing, updating, and managing applications on the Google Play Store and App Store;
• Dominance in using Git for versioning, following good practices of branch and collaboration (such as Git Flow).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with flutter_modular or go_router for efficient navigation structure;
• Knowledge in complex animations in Flutter to improve user experience (UX);
• Knowledge in background services, such as executing periodic or continuous tasks in the background;
• Experience with automated testing, preferably creating unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests in Flutter;
• Familiarity with electronic security technologies (such as hardware integrations: sensors, cameras, alarms, etc.);
• Knowledge in video streaming (RTSP, HLS, WebRTC) and integration with IP cameras;
• Ability to integrate or work with applied artificial intelligence, such as experiences with tools similar to Windsurf AI, Cursor, or other focused on development.

Contractual Conditions:

• Full-time remote work (40 hours a week) with focus on deliveries;
• Payment between R$ 9,000 and R$ 11,000 per month;
• Contract as PJ (Person Juridica) through Workana;
• Ongoing project with an initial contract of 12 months and renewal conditional upon good performance.

Selection Process:

1. Rapid video screening on the Hireflix platform;
2. Practical technical test on the Adaface platform (simulating real challenges);
3. Brief alignment call with a Workana recruiter specialist;
4. Tech and cultural interview directly with the client.
