Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Moliere (Polanco) or Durango (la Roma)

Modality: On-site

Duration: 1 year to 1 year and a half

About the position:

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst responsible for leading the financial governance of strategic initiatives in Technology, Supply Chain, and Transformation, ensuring budget control, correct investment evaluation, and compliance with committed financial benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, validate, and track Business Cases for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial investment models and business scenarios.
• Manage and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including forecast and deviation tracking.
• Monitor committed benefits, savings, and return on investment.
• Perform financial analysis using metrics such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and Payback.
• Identify financial risks and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership and decision-making committees.
• Ensure traceability between investment made, benefits captured, and value generated for the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial control, investment evaluation, or portfolio financial management.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budget administration.
• Solid knowledge in financial modeling and Business Case construction.
• Experience evaluating investments using ROI, NPV, IRR, and Payback.
• Ability to generate executive reports and communicate results to management levels.
• Advanced level of Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Intermediate/advanced English (B2 or C1) ESSENTIAL
