What Will You Do? Develop, analyze, and manage Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to ensure alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements. Drive cost optimization initiatives by implementing accurate and efficient costing methodologies integrated within MBOM processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards and industry regulations. Control/review capital expenditure for all plants in Chillers NA in order to drive business growth and profitability. Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and external regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including plant managers, engineering teams, and other functional leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide analytical support to the business by analyzing data and providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Identify and prioritize opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop and implement plans to achieve these goals. Ensure that all financial activities are properly documented and auditable.
