Sr Finance Business Partner LATAM - Supply Chain

We are looking for a LATAM FP&A Manager to act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for the LATAM leadership team. This role goes beyond reporting, focusing on insight, challenge, and decision support across a complex, multi-country business. You will partner closely with Supply Chain, and Operations leaders , leading planning, forecasting, and performance management while turning data into actionable insights that drive profitability, cash flow, and long-term value creation across LATAM. Whatever the challenge, you'll be expected to provide expert financial analysis and guidance to inform strategic decisions, leveraging your deep understanding of LATAM's unique market dynamics. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth, ultimately driving the success of our LATAM operations.
