The team works closely with the business and function across service line to provide them evaluation of the conflicts. The team works on the set procedures and policies provided by Global team. Your work profile Review of the Third-Party Due Diligence Reports, Conducting Conflict Checks for New Business Opportunities, Providing Guidance on Conflicts of Interest, Collaborating with Engagement Teams to Ensure Compliance with Policies and Procedures, Developing and Maintaining Conflict Check Templates, Identifying and Mitigating Potential Conflicts of Interest. The Team You will be part of the Enabling Area - Risk & Brand Protection team which is responsible for ensuring that all new business opportunities are thoroughly evaluated for potential conflicts of interest. Your role will involve working closely with the engagement teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct conflict checks on new business opportunities, Provide guidance on conflicts of interest, Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, Develop and maintain conflict check templates, Identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest.
