Sr Engineer, Systems Reliability - Governance (L08)
Job description
About the Role: Sr Engineer, Systems Reliability is responsible for improving and protecting the reliability, scalability, performance, security, and capacity of software and systems supporting enterprise IT services. This role applies software engineering and DevOps principles to ensure systems are resilient, observable, and continuously improving. The engineer ensures the reliability of SaaS platforms and their integrations by defining SLIs (Service Level Indicators) and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). The Sr Engineer will also develop and maintain system documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
