Job Description Senior Engineer, ServiceNow FSM This role is responsible for designing, engineering, and deploying ServiceNow FSM solutions that support high-availability operations and deliver reliable, automated service workflows across T-Mobile. The position focuses on enhancing FSM module Work order lifecycle, dispatching, scheduling, mobile capabilities, asset/parts management, while implementing modern engineering practices, automation frameworks, and integration patterns. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow FSM solutions with other systems and tools. This role requires strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, secure, and reliable software applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Additionally, the engineer should be familiar with cloud-based platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices. This role is a key contributor to the ServiceNow FSM team, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.
