Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
• 2-5 years of experience in designing and innovating Pumps & Dispensers
• Proficiency in New Product Development (NPD)
• Strong technical skills with hands-on expertise
• Knowledge of Injection Moulding & Blow Moulding (IBM, EBM, ISBM)
• Proficiency in design software, including Creo, Solid Works, UG-NX, 2D & 3D
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in project management is a valuable asset

Responsibilities:
