Sr. Dynatrace Engineer

Role: Sr. Dynatrace Engineer Experience: 5 Years Location: Pune/Gurugram Shift: 2PM-11PM IST / 3PM-12AM IST Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Dynatrace Engineer with extensive experience in tenant consolidation, log migration, application onboarding, and operational management within the Dynatrace platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynatrace's capabilities, including APM (Application Performance Management), and will drive the efficient deployment, optimization, and maintenance of Dynatrace environments. Key Responsibilities: • Tenant consolidation and log migration for multiple clients• Application onboarding and operational management within the Dynatrace platform• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Dynatrace APM and other features• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for Dynatrace users• Staying up-to-date with the latest Dynatrace releases, features, and best practices• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and clients. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field• In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace's capabilities, including APM, log analysis, and application monitoring• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
