Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Strategy & Intelligence team, where you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced data analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. This role requires strong technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. As a Sr Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet business needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to the development of our company's data science capabilities. What we are looking for: * A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering; * At least 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields; * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL; * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases; * Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; * Excellent communication and collaboration skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
