Sr Data Engineer

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data architectures and AI-ready data products. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, strong skills in AWS cloud services, and exposure to SAP data processing. Key Responsibilities Architect and build scalable data pipelines, models, and products (Databricks, AWS). Manage end-to-end data lifecycle and develop enterprise data models. Integrate data from SAP ERP and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers. Ensure data quality, reliability, and security. Optimize data pipelines and models for performance and cost. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering trends and technologies. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Extensive experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform, including Delta Lake, Spark, and MLflow. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, EC2, EMR, Glue). Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with SAP data extraction and processing. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data governance and data cataloging tools. Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis). Experience with DevOps practices.
