Sr Counsel - Global Litigation

About the role Join CBRE’s Global Litigation team as a Senior Litigation Counsel based in Singapore. In this role, under the general direction of and as part of the Global Litigation team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of claims, litigation, and regulatory matters across Asia. What you'll do Manage claims, disputes, and litigation brought by and against the company. Manage all aspects of external counsel engagement, including communications, budget management and reviewing settlements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external counsel. Provide legal advice to CBRE’s business units on a wide range of matters, including contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for managing risk and resolving disputes. Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations in Asia and provide guidance to the company on compliance matters. What we're looking for A qualified lawyer with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution. Experience working in an international law firm or in-house legal department is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English is required.
