Sr Consultant / Assistant Manager -IT

Role and Responsibilities:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Consultant / Assistant Manager - IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a set of 1-3 clients, handling end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Interacting with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear briefings on the open positions
• Analyzing client requirements and strategizing the best ways to source talent
• Sourcing profiles from various job portals, job postings, referencing, and headhunting
• Pre-screening resumes and forwarding relevant profiles to clients
• Coordinating interviews with clients at different levels
• Negotiating salaries on behalf of candidates
• Preparing and maintaining MIS for review with management

Candidate Qualifications:To excel in this role, we require candidates with:

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• A strong desire to excel in the recruitment field
