Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Our team is seeking a dynamic Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to define the system roadmap and implement solutions that align with business objectives and foster scalability. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, Configure Price Quote system, Agentforce, business processes, and a proven track record of translating business needs into effective technical solutions. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities, developing and implementing solutions that meet business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably in a business analyst or similar role.
