Sr. Automation Engineer

Sr. Automation Engineer (Expresso) - Android Experience: 7 Years Location: Mexico City, MX(Onsite) Tech Stack: Espresso, Kotlin, UI Automator, Mock You will build a hermetic testing environment using Espresso and UI Automator that validates complex user flows across a fragmented device landscape. What You'll Do Test Architecture: Design a layered automation strategy (Unit vs. Integration vs. E2E) to maximize coverage while minimizing execution time. Scripting: Write robust UI tests using Espresso, leveraging Kotlin's programming language features for efficient test development. Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of automated tests that cover various scenarios, including login, navigation, and data manipulation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in Android automation testing using Espresso or similar tools Strong understanding of UI Automator and its capabilities Experience with Kotlin programming language is a plus Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills
