Job Description We are seeking an experienced Site Integration Specialist to serve as the crucial link between our industrial energy management solutions and manufacturing clients. This role combines technical expertise with project coordination to ensure successful implementation of our digitalization and energy efficiency solutions in factory environments. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with factory stakeholders to understand energy consumption patterns, existing infrastructure, and integration needs. Develop detailed integration plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Design and configure hardware and software solutions for data acquisition, communication protocols, and system integration within industrial settings. Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of integrated solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Provide comprehensive training and support to client personnel on the operation and maintenance of implemented systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within allocated financial parameters. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions and minimizing downtime. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in industrial automation and energy management. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in industrial automation, system integration, and energy management solutions. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces. Familiarity with data acquisition systems and databases. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with industry 4.0 technologies and concepts is a plus.
