Sr. Analyst, Cash Office Operations

About the role Sr. Analyst – Cash Office Operations acts as the operational supervisor and subject-matter expert , ensuring quality execution, issue resolution, and adherence to controls across assigned Cash Office activities. This role bridges analysts and management, supporting stability and continuous improvement. What you'll do Supervise daily execution of cash reconciliations and policy close activities. Review and validate work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Manage exceptions and ensure timely resolution. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. Analyze data and trends to inform business decisions. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in cash office operations, accounting, or finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
