Will you help the young, fast-growing Service Point organization achieve our ambitions? We want to offer applicants for support products and services a single point of contact and give clients insight into the service level of the support provided. We, as your future colleagues, are looking for that strong professional who will help us further professionalize the organization.
What can you expect?
You will work in a very enjoyable team that deals with all Service Point-wide processes and staff activities where you can truly make an impact. You will also actively contribute to the digital direction and further growth of the organization. Besides ‘running the business’, we are primarily focused on making our business operations future-proof (‘changing the business’), with the latter strongly reflected in your responsibilities.
We work where it is practical for our activities. This can be at home, from our location in Utrecht, or at one of the 44 Defense locations. We are looking for someone who feels completely at home in a diverse, close-knit, and hybrid team, where enjoyment in work is always central.
Why work at Service Point?
Service Point is a unique organization within the Defense organization. Unlike most organizational units within Defense, Service Point does not have a strong hierarchy. Service Point is characterized by a flat organization with few management layers. This means you have a lot of responsibility. We rely on your self-organizing ability and expertise to deliver excellent service.
Within Service Point, we believe it is important that you are given the space to further develop yourself as a professional and as a person. You will end up in a safe working environment where making mistakes is allowed. Not only will you learn from the mistakes you have made, but your colleagues can also learn from them. By sharing these mistakes with each other, the organization continues to move forward, and we take steps in the right direction to continuously improve our organization.
