Aufgaben

• Closing accounts: Independent preparation of monthly and annual closing accounts according to HGB
• Taxes: Preparation of tax returns (including turnover tax, wage tax, income tax, and corporate tax) in collaboration with external tax consultants
• Projects & Processes: Participation and leadership in projects for the further development and optimization of accounting and financial reporting processes
• Internal Controls: Contribution to the establishment, maintenance, and further development of internal control systems in finance and accounting
• Balancing: Formation of provisions and allocations to accurately reflect business transactions according to HGB

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a tax clerk (m/w/d) with ongoing or completed further education to **balance bookkeeper / tax consultant (m/w/d)
  **or an economics degree with a focus on Accounting
• Fundamental knowledge in the preparation of annual closing accounts according to HGB
• Experience with provisions, allocations, and tax-related topics
• Mult-year professional experience in accounting, ideally in a partnership or comparable structure
• Knowledge of international closing accounts is desirable
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Structured, independent, and meticulous work style, as well as team orientation
