Humangest S.p.A. - Genoa branch - for an important client company operating in the construction and infrastructure sectors, seeks: SQUAD LEADER CARPENTERS The resource will be responsible for:

coordinating and supervising a team of carpenters on site;
organizing and planning daily activities to ensure timely completion;
verifying the correct execution of work according to technical designs and project specifications;
collaborating with the site manager and technicians for advancing works;
ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

consolidated experience as a carpenter and team management;
knowledge of traditional and modern carpentry techniques;
ability to read technical drawings;
leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
