SQL Server Migration Specialist

Scope of responsibilities Planning and execution of Microsoft SQL Server environment migrations. Migration of databases and applications to target database platforms. Designing and implementing solutions based on SQL Server Always On Availability Groups. Configuration and maintenance of high availability environments. Collaboration with application and infrastructure teams during migration execution. Preparation of migration plans, environment validation, and support for cutover processes. Troubleshooting issues related to database environment availability and performance. Requirements Experience in administration and migration of Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022. Practical knowledge of SQL Server Always On Availability Groups. Experience with Windows Server Failover Clustering. Very good knowledge of T-SQL. Ability to automate using PowerShell. Experience in conducting production environment migrations. Knowledge of English enabling work in an international environment.
