SQL Reporting Specialist

We are currently looking forward in our Finance Team for a SQL Reporting Specialist!

If you meet the following criteria:

• Fluent in English and University degree in Computer Science, Finance or Accounting
• Very good knowledge of SQL, MS SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Excel Macros, XML
• At least 2 years of Financial Reporting & Analysis experience in the financial services industry / preferably Banking
• Communicative and detail oriented with ability to work in a team
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field

In ProCredit Bank you will be able to ...

• Administration of the Bank’s Data Warehouse, creating and managing scripts used for data import from the Core System
• Data retrieval from existing relational databases (MS SQL Server) according to reporting specifications from internal beneficiaries
• Conversion of data between different formats (e.g.: XML, ASCII, TEXT, CSV)
• Analysis, reconciliation and correcting the data stored in the database managed by department versus data stored in the Accounting IT system
• Improvement of the existing reports, script tuning for performance, update reports due to new reporting rules and communicate with business departments to understand the reporting needs
