At ERP CONCEPT SOLUTIONS (ECS), we are looking for a mid-level SQL Developer who already masters SQL, has the ability to investigate technical issues, and wishes to evolve into a role that combines programming with an understanding of business processes.

You will work in the R&D department, reporting directly to the Development Manager, and you will contribute to the development and customization of the SOFT1 ERP platform functionalities, used by companies with complex business needs.

The role includes both software development and first-line technical support: you will investigate errors, identify solutions, and interact directly with users via Remote Desktop.

What will you do in this role?

• You will develop and customize functionalities in SOFT1 ERP, adapted to client business requirements.

• You will develop custom reports and analyses within the ERP platform.

• You will contribute to the integration of SOFT1 ERP with other applications and systems, such as webshops, SFA solutions, WMS, B2B, Retail, and Business Intelligence.

• You will investigate SQL errors and other technical issues reported through the support channel.

• You will analyze problems directly in the client's environment, including through Remote Desktop sessions, and identify appropriate solutions.

• You will independently resolve requests within your area of competence and escalate complex cases when necessary.

• You will collaborate with the Development Manager, R&D colleagues, and the project team to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.

What do we expect from you?

SQL is mandatory. We are looking for someone who already knows how to write SQL and can use this skill in their professional activity. We are not recruiting a beginner to train from scratch in SQL.

You are a good fit for this role if:

• You have practical knowledge of SQL Server (MSSQL) and can write SQL queries to solve specific requirements.

• You have the ability to analyze data, investigate errors, and identify possible causes of technical problems.

• You approach problems methodically and look for solutions before asking for help.

• You can understand business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.

• You communicate clearly and can interact professionally with users to investigate problems.

• You work in an organized manner, pay attention to detail, and take responsibility for the tasks undertaken.

• You know English at a conversational level.

• You have completed university studies in computer science, cybernetics, economic informatics, economic engineering, or a relevant field.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with ERP systems or other business applications.

• Experience in developing reports and functionalities for business applications.

• Knowledge of JavaScript.

• Experience in investigating technical issues and direct interaction with users.

It is not mandatory to have worked with SOFT1 ERP before. What matters is that you master SQL, can investigate problems independently, and are willing to learn the specifics of the platform and our projects.

What does success look like in this role?

We want you to become, over time, a specialist that the team and clients can rely on.

We will primarily monitor:

• Quality of developments: functionalities delivered within agreed deadlines and compliant with requirements.

• Efficiency of technical support: issues investigated and resolved correctly, in a time appropriate to their complexity.

• Technical autonomy: the ability to independently identify and solve an increasing number of problems, reducing avoidable escalations.

Expectations will increase gradually as you gain experience with SOFT1 ERP and our clients' work environment.
