TCS Inviting Applications For The Role: SQL Admin Exp:5-8yrs Location: Bengaluru Weekend walk in drive- 20-june-26 Time:9am-12:30pm Hands on experince in Installation & Configuration of SQL Server 2008R2, 2012, 2014, 2016,2017 & 2019 Good Experience in Failover Clustering, Always on, DB Mirroring, Replication and Log shipping in SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016,2017 & 2019 Hands on Experience in migrating and upgrading SQL Server from 2012 to 2014, 2016,2019. Hands on experience in installations, Editions and Configurations of SQL Server including SQL Server Express, Developer, Business Intelligence, Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, and Evaluation. Good knowledge of SQL Server Security Features like Windows Authentication, Kerberos, NTLM, Certificate Based Authentication, and SQL Server Authentication. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Knowledge of SQL Server Backup and Restore options including Full, Differential, and Transactional Log backups. Hands on experience in troubleshooting and resolving SQL Server performance issues using Performance Monitor, Task Manager, and SQL Server Profiler. Good understanding of SQL Server Architecture, Components, and Features like Shrink, Grow, and Rebuild databases. Experience with SQL Server Maintenance Plans, Job Schedules, and Alerts. Knowledge of SQL Server Security Best Practices including Auditing, Logging, and Access Control. Hands on experience in implementing and managing SQL Server Database Encryption using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Always Encrypted. Good understanding of SQL Server High Availability Features like Mirroring, Clustering, and Replication. Experience with SQL Server Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation. Knowledge of SQL Server Performance Tuning Techniques including Index Maintenance, Statistics Updates, and Query Optimization. Hands on experience in implementing and managing SQL Server Database Auditing using SQL Server Audit and Policy-Based Management.
