Job description 

- Interface with suppliers regarding quality-related issues;

- Continuously improve supplier performance through  guidance, auditing and monitoring .

- Measure and communicate supplier performance;

- Communicate and reinforce BCS requirements and expectations to suppliers.;

- Request, monitor, and review corrective/preventive actions at suppliers;

- Ensure the quality reception of materials delivered from suppliers;

- Manage supplier complaints in the Internal System and track completion of 8D reports by the supplier;

- Coordinate the activity of SQA Engineer and Incoming Inspection.

- Provide support to quality technicians by creating instructions for verifying materials received from suppliers;

- Conduct training for quality technicians based on project requirements.

- Participate in Customer or IATF Certification audits .
