JOB SUMMARY: Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for technical support for industrial controls utilized in the manufacturing process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •Direct and coordinates repair needs and preventive maintenance of all production equipment. •Ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of machinery and equipment throughout predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. •Control for critical spare parts to ensure the equipment operation. •Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to injection molding processes. •Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. •Collaborating with production team to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize downtime. •Developing and implementing procedures for predictive and preventive maintenance. •Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
