Dishwasher (m/f/d) for Production & Events - PSD Bank Dome Düsseldorf

No day is the same at FLC-GROUP. During the week, we supply schools and emergency shelters with fixed menu lines. This means: plannable processes, fixed production quantities, and structured work in a well-coordinated team. In addition, there's catering and event gastronomy, where things can get livelier and you're right there at events.

As a dishwasher (m/f/d), you are the heart of our dishwashing area and ensure that everything runs smoothly, whether in daily production or at events: you clean dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, baking sheets, GN containers, and transport boxes, operate our dishwasher or dishwashing line, and keep the dishwashing area clean and tidy. You adhere to hygiene regulations (HACCP). Nothing runs in the kitchen without you.

Important regarding the work location:
Until December 31, 2026, you will work in our dishwashing area at the PSD BANK DOME in Düsseldorf. From January 1, 2027, we will move to our new location in Essen. Therefore, please only apply if both locations are an option for you.

Working hours:
The focus is on assignments during the week in production. Depending on the event, event assignments will be added, including evenings and weekends. Therefore, you bring a certain flexibility.

What you bring:
Ideally, initial experience in a dishwashing area, canteen, communal catering, or event sector. However, a career change is explicitly welcome with us. More important to us are reliability, team spirit, a clean work style, and the willingness to physically pitch in.

Tasks

• Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, baking sheets, and kitchen utensils
• Washing of GN containers and transport boxes
• Operation of the dishwasher or dishwashing line
• Dishwashing in daily production, as well as at events and catering
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the dishwashing area
• Adherence to hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Return of clean materials to the workstations
• Support of the kitchen team in daily operations

Qualifications

• Initial experience in dishwashing, gastronomy, catering, or event sector is an advantage, but not a must
• Reliable and meticulous work approach
• Teamwork skills and resilience
• Physical resilience and willingness to pitch in
• Flexibility for event assignments, including evenings and weekends
• Friendly demeanor and motivation
• Good German language skills desirable
