To strengthen our team, we are looking for an SPS Programmer EZA Controller (m/f/d) – Commercial Solutions, who wants to contribute their expertise in photovoltaics, energy storage, charging infrastructure, energy management, and network technology. Your Position

• Development, programming (ST according to IEC 61131), and parameterization of certified EZA controllers / park controllers for commercial and industrial large-scale PV and storage systems
• Implementation of complex control concepts (active and reactive power management, Q(U) control, voltage stability) at the point of interconnection in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4110 and 4120
• Connection of controllers to grid operator interfaces using telecontrol technology (IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus TCP/RTU) as well as technical mapping of Redispatch 2.0 processes
• Technical implementation and support of the certification process (plant certificate & declaration of conformity) according to FGW guidelines (e.g., TR8) in coordination with certification bodies
• Performance of function tests and support during remote and on-site commissioning (with a predictable travel share of approx. 10–20%) including creation of system documentation

Your Profile

• Completed degree or technician training in electrical engineering, automation technology, energy technology, computer science, or a comparable qualification

• In-depth experience in SPS programming (ST according to IEC 61131-3) and specifically in the application and programming of EZA controllers / park controllers

• Confident knowledge of industrial communication protocols (telecontrol technology IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus) as well as practical insights into Redispatch 2.0

• Basic knowledge of medium and high-voltage guidelines (VDE-AR-N 4110 / 4120, basic 4105) as well as experience with FGW guidelines (TR3, TR4, TR8)

• Analytical mindset, strong troubleshooting competence in error analysis, and a structured way of working

• Strong communication skills for confident interaction at the interfaces with grid operators, certification bodies, and internal teams

• Class B driver's license, willingness to travel as needed for targeted on-site commissioning, and fluent German (C1/C2 level) and very good English skills
