SPS Programmer Automation Technician (m/w/d)

Tasks

Development and elaboration of modern control concepts for innovative systems and automation solutions

Preparation of technical specifications and documentation for control panels and control systems

Programming and further development of SPS software, including visualization solutions with Step7 and TIA Portal – including safety-relevant Safety functions

Conceptualization and implementation of intelligent drive and positioning solutions for complex process flows

Closely working together with construction, electrical engineering, and commissioning to successfully implement demanding automation projects

Support in the technical optimization and further development of existing systems and control concepts

Qualification

You bring practical experience in programming SPS controls and have fun with modern automation solutions

You possess a completed technical education, for example as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer, or equivalent qualification

You have a good understanding of the automation of intralogistics and conveyor systems

Working with Siemens TIA Portal is part of your daily work routine

You possess fundamental knowledge in the areas of PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and PROFIsafe
