Sales and customer service

· Active support of sales to achieve and exceed store targets

· Providing customers with product knowledge

· Ensuring top-quality customer service

VM Standards

· Maintaining store standards

· Taking care of implementing visual standards consistent with the Sports Direct brand

Commercial operations

· Supporting processes and replenishing stock

· Supporting cash register and other tools

· Controlling product prices for accuracy and up-to-dateness

· Supporting inventory management
