Sales and customer service

• Active support of sales to achieve and exceed store targets
• Providing customers with product knowledge
• Ensuring top-notch customer service

VM Standards

• Maintaining store standards
• Caring for the implementation of visual standards consistent with the Sports Direct brand

Commercial operations

• Servicing processes and replenishing stock
• Servicing cash registers and other tools
• Controlling product prices' accuracy and up-to-dateness
• Supporting inventory management
