Your responsibilities

• Active sales and building the customer's basket
• Understanding customer needs and proposing the best-suited products.
• Complementary sales skills
• Achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Working with sales indicators and awareness of one's own impact on the store's results.
• Ensuring a high standard of service and a positive customer experience.
• Product knowledge and a willingness to systematically develop knowledge about brands and sports assortment.
• Actively responding to customers on the sales floor – initiating contact
• Responsibility for product display, availability, tidiness, and store standards.
• Commitment to receiving deliveries and ongoing operational tasks.
• Availability, flexibility, and readiness to work also during periods of increased traffic.
• We are looking for an energetic, open, communicative, and sales-oriented person who enjoys contact with customers and wants to achieve results.
