Salesperson - Sales Representative

Your responsibilities

• Sales of products on Allegro and other marketplace platforms, including on the Presta online store (creating and updating product descriptions for the online store, coordinating the correct order process)
• , creating sales documents (receipts and invoices))
• creating eye-catching product titles
• responding to questions from potential store customers
• Shaping the offer, supervision and management of sales, market analysis
• Creating descriptions, texts, appropriate selection of photos
• Consultation regarding sold products
• Handling returns and complaints
• Professional customer service: by phone, by email
• monitoring trends and competition

Our requirements

• Very good work organization, attention to detail and offer aesthetics
• Honesty and responsibility
• Willingness to develop and improve your skills
• Nice to have:
• Practical knowledge of Allegro platforms
• Interests related to online sales and marketing, including Facebook
• knowledge of e-commerce sales tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Basic knowledge of English
